Lynn A. Newman, CFP®

Lynn Newman, CFP®, has been in the Insurance and Financial Services Industry since 1983. Lynn has been a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM for more than 25 years.

She attended the University of Massachusetts and graduated with honors. She moved with her husband, Arthur, to Los Angeles in 1983. She worked as an agent with Coordinated Planning Associates and was promoted to management and managed her own general office in Anaheim, but she missed working directly with clients. She became an independent agent and her first daughter, Elise was born.

Soon after the birth of her second daughter, Rachel, Lynn was completing her CFP® credential. The complex needs of her clients and their growing businesses led her to interview with some of the top insurance companies and she joined New York Life Insurance Company.

She has qualified for Executive Council (2014-2016) and is a graduate of Mike Piotrowiez’s “Coaching Series.” and she is also a Financial Advisor with Eagle Strategies LLC, A Registered Investment Advisor. Lynn is a past President of the Agents’ Advisory Board in the Los Angeles General Office, and a Certified Financial Planner.

Her business is focused on helping business owners and their families use the best possible strategies to help build, protect and transfer wealth.

The CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM (CFP®) certification process, administered by CFP Board, identifies to the public that those individuals who have been authorized to use the CFP® certification marks in the U.S. have met rigorous professional standards and have agreed to adhere to the principles of integrity, objectivity, competence, fairness, confidentiality, professionalism and diligence when dealing with clients.
